URC Adds Z-Wave® Integration to Total Control®

TRF-ZW1 enables control of Z-Wave products in Total Control whole-house systems

Z-Wave Extender. Designed from the ground up to be an integral part of URCs Total Control system, the TRF-ZW1 provides a seamless gateway to allow control of Z-Wave-enabled products. An optional annual subscription service allows access of the TRF-ZW1 online from any location to enable secure, password-protected setup and control of Z-Wave devices. Users can receive email and SMS text notifications when doors are opened, see history, status of connected Z-Wave products and more.

The TRF-ZW1 provides two-way control for lighting and door locks with all associated two-way enabled Z-Wave products (e.g., Schlage®, Baldwin®, Qwikset®, Black & Decker®, Yale®, Leviton®, Cooper®, GE®, etc.) and also one-way control for other Z-Wave-enabled products (e.g., Somfy®, RCS®, Honeywell®, First Alert®, Alarm.com® and others). Online, password-protected annual subscription service provides advanced features including status, history, off site consumer programming, email and SMS notifications and more.

MSRP for the TRF-ZW1 is $250. Pricing for the annual subscription service is $24.99 (MSRP). The TRF-ZW1 can be easily installed as part of any Total Control system.
